Success Story Starbucks

For Starbucks Switzerland, Livesystems carried out a drive-to-store campaign in collaboration with Mediaschneider AG, Zurich. The aim was to encourage visitors on public transport to visit the stores in their vicinity. With the geo-targeting of Livesystems, the stores that can be visited at the next stop were advertised within a radius of 300 metres.

We were faced with the challenge of adapting the Starbucks campaign to the localisation of the individual stores. Susanne Schlatter, Managing Director of Mediaschneider AG, had an idea how we could use the medium in public transport in a novel, creative way in an even more targeted way.

What counts for me in the overall planning is that the campaign pays off in terms of Starbucks' goals. The fact that the brand stands out from the competition through innovation is of course all the more valuable. Within a very short time, Livesystems responded to our idea and implemented a very sophisticated campaign with a lot of care and passion. Of course - what counts in the end are the results. Thanks to the results of the market research, we were able to show them precisely. Thank you Livesystems for the teamwork and the casual implementation!
