The Jungfrau Railways are at the heart of the transport network in the Bernese Oberland – and an indispensable part of national and international tourism in the region. They give visitors from all over the world access to some of Switzerland’s most beautiful and well-known Alpine landscapes, including the Jungfrau, the Eiger and the Mönch.
The railways – consisting of the BLM (Lauterbrunnen–Mürren Railway), the BOB (Bernese Oberland Railway) and the WAB (Wengernalp Railway) – connect centrally located tourism centres such as Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, offering a unique blend of mobility, comfort and panoramic views.
