The environment

Public transport is highly valued in Switzerland. Switzerland has one of the densest networks of train and bus connections in the world. Millions of people use public transport every day, and regional passenger transport plays an important part.

Between 2009 and 2019 alone, the network in this area grew by 28%, which in absolute terms means that the number of kilometres rose from 250 million to 320 million.

The product

Livesystems maintains a close partnership with around 50 transport companies, including PostBus Ltd, tpg and BLS Ltd. Livesystems manages a total of over 8,800 screens in more than 4,500 vehicles. The screens are optimally placed, primarily alongside the stop display.
